The decentralized modules of the SNAP-series supply the link between sensors or actuators and digital CAN networks. The flexible DIN-rail mounting together with highly efficient electronics and versatile functionality allows to serve a wide range of applications.
The modules are equipped with a highspeed CAN (or EtherCAT) interface supporting CAN 2.0A and CAN 2.0B. Higher layer protocols like CANopen, DeviceNet and many customer specific protocols are available.
Size
The SNAP-series housing is designed to the needs of the industrial application. The small size and weight makes it ideal for the use in a switching cabinet.
Mounting
The industrial grade plastic housing is easily mounted on a DIN-rail.
